  1. Siapkan 200 gr of tepung terigu segitiga biru.
  2. Diperlukan 50 gr of cocoa powder.
  3. Diperlukan 5 sdm of gula pasir.
  4. Diperlukan 1 sdt of garam halus.
  5. Sediakan 2 butir of telur ayam.
  6. Gunakan 250 of susu coklat cair atau 1 sachet skm coklat (250 lt air).
  7. Sediakan 1 sdt of TBM.
  8. Gunakan 1 sdt of baking soda.
  9. Siapkan 4 sdm of mentega cair yg di lelehkan.
  10. Sediakan of Macam2 toping: meses, gula halus, sirup coklat, dsbny.

  1. Siapkan baskom atau wadah, whisk dan spatulla.
  2. Kocok lepas telur ayam dan gula pasir sampai adonan agak pucat dan mengental.
  3. Masukan TBM, tepung terigu, cocoa powder dan baking soda kemudian aduk.
  4. Tambahkan susu coklat cair aduk dan terakhir masukkan mentega cair kemudian aduk dengan spatulla.
  5. Masak pancake di atas teflon yg sudah diolesi sedikit mentega (perhatikan api kompor harus sedang jgn terlalu besar agar matang merata), kemudian tuang adonan seukuran satu sendok sayur.
  6. Tunggu hingga permukaan pancake berpori kemudian balik dan angkat.
  7. Sajikan dengan toping kesukaanmu.
  8. Selamat mencoba.

What I liked about this recipe is, it doesn't have the overpowering taste of banana and the combo of banana and choco chips works really well. Also it's a good way to use oats, if you are bored of having porridge all the time.
