  2. Gunakan 2 of pisang sunpride ukuran sedang.
  3. Diperlukan 1 of telur kecil (pakai putihnya saja).
  4. Gunakan 1/2 sdt of baking powder.
  5. Sediakan 2 sdm of mentega.

  1. Haluskan pisang dengan garpu, setelah halus masukan oatmeal, putih telur, dan baking powder. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  2. Panaskan teflon dengan mentega, jika mentega sudah leleh tuang adonan pancake, buat lingkaran pancake agak tebal ya agar saat di balik tidak hancur, dan selama memasak pancake kecilkan api kompor hingga hampir mati agar pancake tak mudah gosong dan matang sempurna.
  3. Tunggu sampai pancake memiliki lubang-lubang/sarang baru lah pancake bisa di balik. Saran aku balik pancake dengan sendok & spatula agar pancake tidak hancur.
  4. Tunggu sampai pancake matang kecoklatan kemudian angkat. Ulangi langkah yang sama sampai adonan habis.
  5. Jika selesai boleh tambah berbagai macam topping kesukaan, klo aku pancake nya cuma di sandingin sama kesemek ☺.
