- Ambil 1/3 maringue campurkan ke campuran kuning telur lalu aduk balik dengan lembut hingga rata.
- Tuang ke adonan maringue,aduk balik dengan lembut hingga rata.
- Olesi teflon dengan minyak tipis2 saja lalu panaskan.tuang adonan persatu sendok.tutup teflon sekitar 2 menit masak dengan api kecil.setelah 2 menit tambahkan 1 sendok adonan lagi.
