  1. Dibutuhkan 4 butir of telur.
  2. Sediakan 60 gram of gula pasir.
  3. Diperlukan 90 gram of tepung terigu.
  4. Diperlukan 2 bungkus of vanilli.
  5. Siapkan 150 cc of susu cair.
  6. Diperlukan 2 sdt of baking powder.
  7. Gunakan secukupnya of keju quick melt.
  8. Sediakan 1 sdm of perisa coklat cair.

Lalu masukan gula putih secara perlahan hingga adonan merata pake kecepatan mixer campur (warnanya pluffy putih)..
  2. Di tempat yg berbeda campurkan antara kuning telur, terigu, susu, baking powder, vanilli dan coklat cair. Lalu mixer dengan kecepatan campur. Di tengah-tengah lagi ngemixer, tambahin 4 sdm adonan putih telur tadi.. Setelah dimixer hingga merata, campurkan seluruh adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur menggunakan spatula hingga bener2 merata (kocoknya dibola balik kyak lagi menanak nasi).
  3. Siapkan teflon bulat2. Kalo diameter yg saya pake +/- 10 cm. Lalu tambahkan sedikit mentega hingga membaur. Masukan adonan dengan takaran setengah tinggi katelnya. Hidupkan api dengan sangat kecil. Nah pas udah agak setengah mateng lalu masukan potongan keju quick melt lalu penuhi lagi dengan adonan pancake. Tiati pas balikinnya kalo bisa pas udah setengah mateng. Pas dibalikin itu cuma sekitar setengah menit aja udah mateng (ini tipe adonan mudah mateng mudah gosong)..
